Connect / Your tools

Let your tools carry the information.

Your team should not be the connection between every app. We join up the systems you already use so the right information reaches the next step.

Less copying. Clearer handoffs.

Who it’s for

For businesses moving the same information between an inbox, a CRM, calendars, spreadsheets, and job systems.

03 / 05

Make the handoffs work

Keep the context with the work.

A useful integration does more than move a field. It knows where that field belongs, what to do when it is missing, and how to avoid creating the same job twice.

01

One dependable handoff

Move the information a workflow needs between the tools that hold it. Give each record a clear source and destination.

02

Fewer quiet failures

Make missing details, duplicates, and failed updates visible. Give someone a way to recover the work instead of discovering it days later.

03

Access that fits the job

Connect through supported methods and the permissions the workflow requires. Agree which actions can run automatically and which need review.

The ClickNectar approach

Keep the tools. Lose the double handling.

Your team already knows where the work lives. We connect the important steps, keep ownership clear, and make it easier to see what moved and what needs attention.

How we approach the work

Connect the work, step by step.

A clear scope, an owner for each step, and a result we can review together.

What you take away
  1. 01

    Inventory the systems

Identify the accounts, records, and people involved. Check available integrations, access permissions, and any limits in your current software plans.

  2. 02

    Define the handoff

Agree the source of truth, field mappings, triggers, and rules for updates. Decide what happens when the same event arrives more than once.

  3. 03

    Test the awkward cases

Try missing fields, duplicate contacts, expired access, and interrupted requests. Check that the team can see and resolve the exceptions.

  4. 04

    Put it into the routine

Release the connection in a controlled scope, document its behavior, and show the process owner where to check its health.

A connection in practice

A new enquiry becomes a usable job.

An illustrative workflow, not a client result. Available connections depend on your tools, permissions, and software plans.

The proposed approach

The enquiry creates or updates the right record and prepares the next task. Missing details go to a review queue before the handoff continues.

  2. 02Match the right record
  3. 03Prepare the next task
The process changes. Your team stays in control.

Something you can use

What stays with you.

The work should leave your business in a better place. Here is what we agree and hand over as part of the scope.

A systems map

The tools involved, the records they own, and how information moves.

Working connections

The agreed triggers and updates, built through suitable supported interfaces.

Exception handling

Checks, visible failures, and recovery steps for the cases we identify together.

A handover guide

Permissions, owners, field mappings, and the steps to maintain the connection.

Your accounts. Your work. A handover your team can use.

A few useful answers

Before we start.

Have something more specific in mind? Tell us about it.

Which tools can you connect?

We assess your actual setup first. CRMs, email, calendars, forms, spreadsheets, and job platforms often offer supported integration methods. We confirm what is possible before agreeing a build.

Will we have to replace our software?

We begin with what you already use. If a tool cannot support the required connection, we explain the constraint and options before recommending a change.

What if a connection stops working?

The scope includes an agreed way to surface failures and handle affected work. Ongoing monitoring and response responsibilities are defined at handover or through an After launch arrangement.

Can everything update in both directions?

Sometimes, but two-way updates need clear ownership rules to avoid overwriting good information. We decide which system owns each field and where one-way updates are sufficient.

Are software fees included?

We price the integration work from the scope. Any required software subscriptions or usage fees are identified separately so you can see the ongoing cost before proceeding.

A useful next step

Show us where the copying starts.

Name the tools and the information your team keeps moving between them. We will help define a better handoff.
